Lawsuit claims Elevations imposed improper overdraft fees
BOULDER — A lawsuit filed earlier this month in Boulder District Court claims Elevations Credit Union applied overdraft fees in instances when customers did not have negative account balances, according to a report from the Boulder Daily Camera.
A credit union spokesperson told the Camera that while they couldn’t comment on specific legal matters, “we will fully investigate and respond to the claim.”
