State, nation faces truck driver shortage

A shortage of truck drivers has created an opportunity for immigrants.

The Denver Post reported that the number of licensed truck drivers has declined in the state even as wages have increased. And the issue isn’t unique to Colorado. Americans in general are becoming less willing to live the life required by the long-haul industry.
