The firm, founded in 1978, also has two offices in Denver and one in San Francisco and employs a total of roughly 750 people company-wide.

Plante Moran has about 2,300 employees in offices in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Japan, India and Mexico.

In 2017, the two companies had combined revenues of $626 million.

To celebrate the merger, Plante Moran is hosting a charity contest called Plante Moran Cares. The contest will award $30,000 to three Colorado non-profit organizations.

“The fact that we’re a larger and stronger firm only strengthens our commitment to our staff and our community,” Joe Bertsch, managing partner of Plante Moran’s Rocky Mountain region, said in a prepared statement. “We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the combination of our two firms than by giving back to a community that’s given much to us throughout the years.”

Nominations will be accepted through Oct. 11. For more information and to register, visit plantemoran.com/cares.
