Greeley’s Country Inn reopens after fire

GREELEY — More than two years after fire gutted the inside, the Country Inn in Greeley has reopened.

The Greeley Tribune reported that owner George Gatsiopoulos has reopened the restaurant and is reclaiming the customer base built up over decades prior to the fire. The Country Inn, located at 1415 Eighth Ave., is known for its comfort foods such as cheeseburgers and hash browns, according to the Tribune.

The restored restaurant has been reoriented and restructured to meet current building codes.
