California investment firm acquires RockVue Apartments in Broomfield
BROOMFIELD — San Francisco-based Carmel Partners Inc. has sold the 220-unit RockVue Apartments in the Flatirons Crossing area of Broomfield for $55 million.
Through the entity CP III Flatirons LLC, Carmel Partners sold the luxury-apartment complex at 250 Summit Blvd., to another real estate investment firm, Danville, Calif.-based Green Leaf Capital Partners, through its entity Green Leaf RockVue LLC, according to public records.
Greenleaf is a multifamily owner-operator investment firm managing more than 3,000 apartment units.
Built in 2013, the six-building complex sits on 5.5 acres and features one- and two-bedroom apartments with monthly rental rates of $1,245 and $1,750, respectively, according to…
