Denver developer breaks ground on large industrial spec project in CTC
LOUISVILLE — Denver-based Comunale Properties broke ground this week on a 62,400-square-foot industrial and flex property located in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville.
The project, announced in February, offers 24-foot-clear heights for industrial tenants that need as little as 9,600 square feet.
The company is constructing the building on speculation.
