New Jersey group acquires Kuni Automotive
Kuni Automotive, which owns Audi Boulder, has been acquired by New Jersey-based Holman Automotive Group, which owns several car dealerships on the East Coast.
The Portland Business Journal reports that the dealerships owned by Vancouver, Wash.-based Kuni — located in Colorado, California, Washington, Oregon and Kansas — will retain their Kuni branding as “Kuni Automotiv, a Holman Enterprise.”
Audi Boulder is in the process of building a new dealership in Broomfield where it will handle all new car sales, though company officials have said the dealership’s Boulder location will remain open in some capacity.
