Natural foods investing firm Revelry raises $1.5 ml

BOULDER – Investment firm Revelry Brands LLC has raised $2.5 million for a new pooled investment fund, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission this week.

The company raised the money from 18 different investors under an entity called Cannonball Secrets LLC, the filing shows.

Revelry officials could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

The company’s portfolio includes, according to Revelry’s website, local companies like Only Natural Pet Store as well as I and Love and You, a natural pet products company. The company’s past investments include Evol Foods, which was acquired by Boulder Brands last year.
