Health and Wellness in Fort Collins

In a unique partnership, the City of Fort Collins, Columbine Health Systems and University of Colorado Health have combined resources to provide accessible and affordable Health & Wellness programming as part of the Senior Center Expansion.

Launching in September of 2014, a variety of new wellness opportunities will become available to the community with a focus on 50-plus.
