New law provides credits for alternative-fuel trucks
HB14-1326, sponsored Colorado Rep. Dianne Primavera, D-Broomfield, creates a tax credit for businesses or individuals that purchase light-weight and commercial trucks that run on electricity, hydrogen, compressed natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas.
The bill also clarifies which vehicles are eligible for existing tax credits.
