High Country Millwork sold to Fleetwood Acquisition

LONGMONT – High Country Millwork, a manufacturer of custom store furnishings for the retail industry, has been acquired by the Fleetwood Acquisition Corp.

Longmont-based High Country Millworks will continue to operate out of its 87,000-square-foot plant in Longmont.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pennsylvania-based Fleetwood Acquisition Corp. is owned Grey Mountain Partners, a Boulder-based private-equity firm that focuses on acquiring family-held companies and partnering with their management teams. Fleetwood Acquisition is the parent company of Fleetwood Fixtures, another provider of store fixtures to the retail industry.
