An official for Christopher Weil and Co., could not be reached.

Wendy Leung, the daughter of the former owners, said the center had been 100 percent leased at the time of the sale by a variety of businesses, including a Smoker Friendly, Radio Shack, Cost Cutters and multiple restaurants.

Leung said her parents sold the center because they were getting ready to retire.

“So it was time for them to release some of their commercial property and sit back and enjoy,” Leung said.
