CONSTRUCTION

Rodney Rogers was named chief estimator at Fort Collins-based Heath Construction. Rogers previously managed or was a member of estimating and preconstruction departments at construction companies including Hensel Phelps in Greeley.

GOVERNMENT

Kathleen Benedict was named executive director of the Poudre Heritage Alliance, the governing body for the Cache la Poudre Heritage Area, She worked for 10 years as the city of Fort Collins’ senior landscape architect and was instrumental in the development of both Veteran’s Plaza and Spring Canyon Community Park. The PHA is headquartered at the Poudre Learning Center in Greeley.

NONPROFITS

Rod Esch was named president of the University of Northern Colorado Foundation in Greeley. A 1981 graduate of UNC, Esch had served on the foundation’s board. Before serving as an executive adviser and board member for his client companies, Esch rose to the presidency of Integrated Payment Systems, a First Data company. He replaces Cynthia Evans, who retired from the foundation in August.

REAL ESTATE

Fort Collins-based Brinkman Partners added employees throughout each of its five service areas: Jake Arnold, commercial broker; Kelli Broussard, accounting; Andy Burch and Rick Elam, superintendents; Mark Christensen, operations manager; Greg Kushner, project manager; Rosa LaRae Diaz, executive assistant; Anthony Lenort and Patrick Peak, field assistants; Sam Noblett, leasing manager; Charissa Roepka, property manager; Alaina Squires, project coordinator; and Abe Theiss, project engineer.

Tony Schnee and Joy Willett joined The Group Inc. Real Estate as broker associate/partners. Schnee, who has extensive experience in bar management and small-business ownership, is based at The Group’s Centerra office in Loveland. Willett, who has more than 12 years’ experience in residential real estate sales in Pagosa Springs and Durango, Las Vegas, and Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, Calif., is based at The Group’s Mulberry office in Fort Collins.

Zander Rodriguez joined the Cassidy Turley commercial real estate firm as an associate specializing in office tenant representation and leased investment sales. A graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder, he majored in economics with an emphasis on business.
