Visit Longmont director resigns
LONGMONT — Visit Longmont is looking for a new leader again after executive director Joe Ward resigned Friday to take another job.
Visit Longmont will start a national search for a new executive director soon, said Anne Schmid, president of the board. Ward said in a resignation letter that he had found a new job, but did not give details about what it would be, Schmid said. Ward was not immediately available for comment on Monday.
