Ceres acquires Telecom Services Inc.

BOULDER – Information technology and telecom services company Ceres Technology Group has acquired Denver-based Telecom Services Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

TSI is the third telecom services company acquired by Boulder-based Ceres Technology Group in the past two years, increasing the company’s number of sales and technical support staff to 20.

“With the acquisition of TSI’s expertise and offices in south Denver, we look forward to better serving our clients in Denver, Colorado Springs and on the Western Slope,´ said Lloyd Brady, chief executive of Ceres Technology.
