Commercial Solar is a big investment, but not an overwhelming one

Solar offers a significant economic benefit for commercial property owners while also positively impacting the environment and offering a path to compliance for new municipal requirements like Energize Denver. A local, experienced solar installer will help you navigate the complexities of commercial solar to achieve financial success for your project.

The city is hoping to have the site chosen by the Colorado Association
of Manufacturing and Technology for a proposed Aerospace and Clean
Energy Manufacturing Park (ACE).

The city has released a Request for Proposals for redevelopment of the
former manufacturing and testing facility that includes 811,000 square
feet of move-in ready space.

“The city is looking to find the right private partner,´ said Loveland
Mayor Cecil Gutierrez. “The Agilent property is a big part of Loveland’s
history and we’re anxious to write the next chapter.”

“We need ACE in Loveland and we’re fighting hard to bring it here,”
added Bill Cahill, Loveland city manager. “We think the Agilent site is
the best location for ACE.”

Several Northern Colorado communities are vying to land the ACE
facility, which could bring hundreds of new jobs to the area.

The RFP is available for download at the Loveland website at
