Silver Mine Subs opens franchises in Arizona, Illinois

Fort Collins-based Silver Mine Subs has recently launched franchises in Arizona and Illinois. The fast-food restaurant currently has seven locations in Northern Colorado.

Silver Mine Subs, which started in 1996, has opened franchises in Champaign, Ill, and Tucson and Phoenix in Arizona.

The Illinois location takes the Silver Mine owners back to their roots. The founders were all University of Illinois students before deciding to move to Fort Collins.
