Bank shoots for Boulder
BOULDER — Loveland-based Advantage Bank Corp. Inc. plans to open a branch bank in Boulder and will cater to small and midsized businesses.
Bank officials hope to move into the former Vectra Bank building at 1611 Canyon Blvd. in January. Advantage has signed a five-year lease with two five-year options.
The bank is waiting for approval from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), said Bill Unrein, president of the new branch, who for the past four months has been originating Advantage Bank loans out of his home.
