New owners at RedFish bring Big Easy, Southern hospitality to downtown Boulder diners

BOULDER — Since it opened in 1997, RedFish New Orleans Brewhouse has always brought a bit of the Crescent City, the Big Easy, to Boulder. In the last six months, it has done that and a little more.

Last spring, Dale Katechis and partners bought the restaurant, which had been closed on Mardi Gras, ironically, because its liquor license had not been renewed. The new owners, Cajun Holding Inc., reopened RedFish about six months ago.
