Northern Colorado, Boulder Valley companies win manufacturing awards
DENVER — Northern Colorado and Boulder Valley manufacturers from a variety of industries were named winners of 2019 Colorado Manufacturing Awards earlier this month.
The CMAs recognize outstanding manufacturing companies across 12 industries and the supply chain. The program is co-presented by CompanyWeek, digital media and events focusing on manufacturing, and Manufacturer’s Edge (the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partner in Colorado).
Local winners were:
- Outstanding Craft Brewer – Weldwerks Brewing (Greeley)
- Bioscience/Medical – Infectious Disease Research Center at CSU (Fort Collins)
- Outstanding Food Brand/Co-Packer – Wild Zora (Loveland)
- Contract Manufacturer – Custom Microwave Inc. (Longmont)
- Cannabis – Wana Brands (Boulder)
- Builder/Construction – Tharp Cabinet Co. (Loveland)
- Energy – Bolder Industries (Boulder)
