The Boulder-based company has raised $8.9 million and is seeking $13 million in all, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 27. The company is offering equity to raise funds.
PanTheryx has products that are nutritional supplements that offer diarrhea relief in adults and children, according to its website. The goal is to curb infectious diarrhea, a leading cause of global death in children under the age of five.
