Region’s apartment rental rates range widely
Much of the region, including Fort Collins, Longmont, Greeley and Loveland continued to see apartment rents that were significantly more affordable than the state average in December.
And while Boulder’s apartment rents remain the highest in the state, percentage increases there are nothing compared to what some of Colorado’s cities are seeing.
December figures were released by Apartmentlist.com on Monday for 21 Colorado cities.
The median rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Boulder in December was $2,010, unchanged from the same period in 2014 and down slightly from November. Golden came in second behind Boulder at $1,770 per month for a two-bedroom, while…
