Clovis acquires Italian biopharma company
Boulder-based Clovis (Nasdaq: CLVS) paid $190 million in stock and $10 million in cash to acquire EOS (Ethical Oncology Science) S.p.A., the Italian company, according to a press statement from Clovis.
