Oakes named PVHS vice president of human resources

FORT COLLINS – Patti Oakes, a 21-year Poudre Valley Health System
employee, has been named vice president of the system’s human resources
department.

Oakes, who began her career at PVHS in 1989 and has served as director
of human resources, will oversee human resources and organizational
development for the 4,300-employee health care system.

Rulon Stacey, PVHS president and CEO, described Oakes as a dedicated
leader whose performance has helped the health system develop some of
the nation’s best practices in human resources and create an
environment of high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
