Dry Dock opens pub in Denver’s Wash Park

Move follows acquisition by Longmont’s Left Hand

DENVER — Dry Dock Brewing Co., an Aurora-born brewery that was acquired last year by Left Hand Brewing Co.’s parent company, has opened the Dry Dock Pub at 1101 S. Pearl St. (formerly home to Pub on Pearl) in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood.

Dry Dock closed its Aurora brewpub in April 2025.

“While leaving Aurora wasn’t our initial plan, finding the right home to continue the Dry Dock story was essential,” Dry Dock co-founder Kevin DeLange said in a prepared statement. “Having a physical location allows us to stay connected to our community even as we grow our presence nationwide.”

Left Hand Collective, whose holdings include Left Hand Brewing, Dry Dock, Foundry Distilling Co., Tabernash Brewing and MPH Brewing, operates the Dry Dock Pub, which features a full bar and restaurant menu, private event spaces, a patio and live-music stage.

Since the April 2025 acquisition, Dry Dock now produces its apricot-forward line of beers at Left Hand’s Longmont brewery.
