Texas de Brazil open at Westminster’s Orchard Town Center
WESTMINSTER — Brazilian rodízio-style steakhouse concept Texas de Brazil is now open at the Orchard Town Center shopping district in Westminster.
“Gauchos move throughout the dining room, carving an abundant selection of flame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage directly at each guest’s table,” according to a company news release. “An expansive gourmet salad area rounds out the meal with more than 50 selections, including artisan cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, fresh salads, hot items and Brazilian specialties.”
Texas de Brazil operates other Colorado locations in Denver and Colorado Springs.
“Westminster’s continued growth and Orchard Town Center’s role as a regional destination make this location a natural fit for Texas de Brazil,” restaurant president Salim Asrawi said in the release. “We’re pleased to expand our presence in Colorado and introduce more guests to the Brazilian culinary traditions, attentive service and Texas hospitality that define our dining experience.”
