Longmont, Lyons only remaining Oskar Blues eateries after Denver closure
DENVER — Oskar Blues Grill & Brew recently closed its downtown Denver location, according to the Denver Post, leaving the Longmont and Lyons locations as the only Oskar Blues eateries still in operation.
The restaurants are owned and operated by Oskar Blues Fooderies, a different entity than the beermaking business Oskar Blues Brewing Co., which is owned by Monster Beverage Corp. (Nasdaq: MNST).
The closure of the Denver Oskar Blues restaurant last week came on the heels of a late 2025 shuttering of the company’s Colorado Springs location. Denver-based sports bar chain Stoney’s took over that space in May. Oskar Blues’ Boulder eatery closed in 2022.
