CGRS acquires Phoenix-based Tank Solutions
FORT COLLINS — CGRS Inc., a Fort Collins environmental services and construction company, has acquired Phoenix-based Tank Solutions, an underground and aboveground storage tank installation, removal and repair contractor.
“The acquisition brings together two organizations with a shared focus on keeping fueling infrastructure safe, compliant, and operating reliably,” CGRS said in a news release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“CGRS has been building toward a full-service Arizona platform, and Tank Solutions gives us an immediate, trusted presence in the market alongside a team that customers already know and rely on,” CGRS CEO Eric Hick said in a written statement.
CGRS operates in Colorado, Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming.
