Alito won’t take part in appeal of Boulder climate case
A lawsuit against a pair of global fossil-fuel companies brought by Boulder and Boulder County took an unexpected turn Monday when conservative U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito recused himself from the case because of his holdings of oil-company stocks.
