Publicly traded California firm absorbing Boulder’s Goshe Energy Storage
BOULDER — Goshe Energy Storage LLC, a Boulder-based developer of battery energy storage systems, has been acquired by Energy Vault Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NRGV).
The California firm’s purchase, terms of which were not disclosed, includes 15 Goshe storage projects that total more than 2.3 gigawatts of power.
“A team of experienced development professionals will join Energy Vault to continue the development, construction and operations of the acquired portfolio,” Energy Vault said of Goshe’s workforce. “The team brings more than 75 years of combined experience in renewable energy development, BESS project management and financial services.”
