Alchemer promotes Tamminga to chief customer officer
LOUISVILLE — Alchemer LLC, a provider of customer experience and voice-of-the-customer software, recently promoted Ryan Tamminga to chief customer officer.
Since joining Alchemer in 2019, Tamminga “has played a pivotal role in advancing customer satisfaction, retention and long-term growth throughout his tenure at Alchemer,” the company said in a news release.
“I’m honored to hold this important role during a time when customer insights play an increasingly critical role in how businesses respond to rapid changes in the economy, political landscape and technology,” Tamminga said in the release. “I look forward to helping customers solve today’s challenges while continuing to deliver an innovative, purpose-built platform that evolves with their needs.”
