The Group consolidates Loveland offices at Centerra

LOVELAND — Offices of The Group Inc. Real Estate in Loveland have been consolidated at its remodeled office in the Centerra development in east Loveland.

As of Thursday, in what the company described as “a move that reflects a broader trend toward workforce mobility,” all agents and staff members who previously worked out of the company’s west Loveland office at 1401 W. 29th St. have either relocated to the Centerra office at 5401 Stone Creek Circle or adopted a mobile-first work model.

Brandon Wells, CEO of The Group, said in a prepared statement that the decision is driven by “a responsibility to be good stewards of our business. The real estate industry has undergone a fundamental shift. The days of agents sitting behind a desk from 9 to 5 waiting for the phone to ring are behind us. Today, our office is wherever our clients need us to be — whether that’s a living room, a coffee shop or a job site.

“This consolidation isn’t about doing less; it’s about aligning our physical footprint with the mobile, relationship-first reality of how we serve our clients today. Businesses everywhere are adapting to a rapidly changing world, and The Group is no exception.”

Wells said The Group continues to expand its market share in Loveland and throughout northern Colorado, adding that the company’s presence and capacity to serve clients in the area is unaffected by the office consolidation.

As we prepare to celebrate 50 years in business this February, we are looking at the next half-century with a strategic lens. The Group, an employee-owned company, was founded in Fort Collins in 1976 and also has offices in Fort Collins, Greeley, Timnath, Windsor, Steamboat Springs and Hayden.
