Boulder launches questionnaire to help improve shared e-bike and e-scooter program
BOULDER — The City of Boulder is seeking community in put in the city’s mobility efforts with e-bikes and scooters in its Shared Micromobility program
The program operates in partnership with Lime and BCycle to provide shared e-bikes and e-scooters citywide. Residents can share their feedback on the program through an online questionnaire from through Nov. 16. The questionnaire is available in English and Spanish.
The questionnaire aims to better understand where, why and how people in Boulder use, or don’t use, the shared micromobility system, a news release stated. The results will help the city make changes to improve the program in an effort to get more people using it, the release stated.
“Shared micromobility has been key to helping people travel in Boulder for over a decade,” said Transportation & Mobility Department Director Blythe Bailey said in the news release. “As technology and travel needs evolve, we will continue to take care in evaluating and updating our programs and partnerships to best serve our community.” Learn more on the Shared Micromobility webpage.
