Developer plans 500 apartments in Midtown Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS — Dracol LLC, an entity registered by Kriss Spradley, has proposed building 500 apartments at 2601 S. College Ave.
Spradley and Brinkman Development had previously proposed a development that included apartments and hotel at the site, according to the Coloradoan. Brinkman is no longer involved in the project.
