Global Healthcare Exchange adds chief product officer, top lawyer
LOUISVILLE — Global Healthcare Exchange Inc., a software-as-a-service company providing logistics assistance to the health care industry, has hired a new chief product officer and general counsel.
Archie Mayani is the new GHX chief product officer, joining the company from Change Healthcare Inc., where she held a similar role.
Heather French is the company’s new general counsel, succeeding the retiring Christopher McManus. She “will lead all corporate legal functions at GHX, including mergers and acquisitions, related board functions, employee relations and risk management,” GHX said in a news release.
