Boulder median single-family home prices reach $1.5M again
LOVELAND — The median sales price for a detached single-family home in Boulder climbed to $1.5 million in April, the highest so far this year but down from the $1,674,000 during the same month last year, according to data released this week by Loveland-based Information and Real Estate Services LLC, the regional Multiple Listing Service for Northern Colorado.
The data is supplied to IRES by boards and associations of real-estate agents in Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Loveland/Berthoud and Estes Park.
