Fort Collins Kmart to be demolished to make room for King Soopers
King Soopers has applied for a demolition permit to raze the old Kmart building in Midtown Fort Collins.
Parent company Kroger plans to build a 123,000-square-foot King Soopers with a gas station on the site, according to a report from the Coloradoan.
