Eight Black to build new HQ, maintenance facility

LONGMONT — Eight Black Partnership LLC, the company that runs airport shuttles from Boulder and Longmont and provides a limousine service in the region, plans to build a 30,000-square-foot facility to serve as its new home.

The facility will house all of its operations, including a maintenance shop for sedans, SUVs and buses.

Simon Chen, the CEO and founder of the company, told BizWest that the new facility will be in Weld County but near Longmont, where the company has its office now at 205 Ken Pratt Blvd.
