Winter Park resort secures $40M loan to fund employee housing
WINTER PARK — Employees at Winter Park Resort, operated by Denver-based Alterra Mountain Co., soon will have another housing option.
The Denver Post reports that the resort has secured a $40 million loan to fund a 332-unit housing projects near U.S. Highway 40 and Winter Park Drive. The project, which includes studio and one-bedroom units, is expected to be completed by the fall and will serve the resort and other businesses.
