Schick named managing partner for 27 Re/Max Alliance offices

FORT COLLINS – Dennis Schick, broker-owner of a Re/Max Alliance real-estate brokerage in Fort Collins, has been named managing partner for all 27 Re/Max Alliance offices in Colorado, stretching from Wellington to Castle Rock and Parker.

“I’ll still be broker-owner here with three other partners,” Schick told BizWest on Wednesday. “My roles now include working with our managers throughout our entire company to make the agent experience amazing, improving what we are doing to make the agents as successful as they can be.”

Schick said that includes developing a new sales platform for brokers as well as a companywide coaching program.

“If we make the agent’s job easier they will be able to take care of their buyer and seller even better,” he said.

He’ll also attend Re/Max’s 50th anniversary convention in Las Vegas, noting that “most people don’t realize Re/Max is a Colorado corporation.”

Schick also is a partner with Home Mortgage Alliance, Alliance Insurance and Re/Max Commercial Alliance.

He had been a broker-owner there since 2018 and an independent contractor for Re/Max Alliance since 2004. He has also been a principal for The Devonshire Group development company since 2005, and owned RSI Homes from December 2005 to September 2011. Schick previously worked for 18 years as a general manager for Sutherland Lumber Co.

Schick has been active in fundraising for the Children’s Miracle Network, Fort Collins Cat Rescue and Spay/Neuter Clinic, and Disabled Resource Services.
