New fast-casual restaurant to open in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — A Minnesota-based fast-casual restaurant that will serve made-from-scratch healthy fare will open in Fort Collins this summer.

The new Crisp & Green restaurant will be located at 3581 E. Harmony Road in south Fort Collins.

“Fort Collins is a great city, full of individuals who are seeking high-quality foods with just as much flavor. We are grateful to be able to meet this demand with our healthy and scratch-made and chef-crafted menu items, and we look forward to expanding rapidly so we can serve more Colorado communities for years to come,” said founder and CEO Steele Smiley.

According to a press statement, Crisp & Green’s menu features chef-crafted acai bowls, signature salads, grain bowls, smoothies, and more. 

The restaurant company is also known for partnerships with fitness and wellness studios to offer classes, typically held at the restaurant. “Through its mix of healthy meals and physical exercise, the brand aims to promote a culture of living and eating well, or ‘Living Crisp,’” the press statement said.

“We’re trying to bring a very strong presence to Fort Collins, and Colorado in general, which we think is an excellent market, a great fit for our brand and our offering,” said Andrew Rauch, local franchise owner and co-founder of FR Companies Ltd.

Rauch partner and co-founder of FR Companies is Devin Ferrey.

Crisp & Green has plans to expand to 16 locations in the state. It has restaurants in Minnesota and five other states, and plans to expand into eight others.
