Fort Collins-based My House Property Services acquired

FORT COLLINS — My House Property Services, the trade name for Fort Collins-based property management firm My House Inc., has been acquired by Evernest LLC for an undisclosed price. 

“The acquisition adds more than 300 homes to Evernest’s Fort Collins portfolio, and boosts the firm’s overall homes managed to over 7,000 nation-wide,” Evernest said in a news release.

Evernest is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and operates in 17 real estate markets across the country.
