Boulder’s Voyant acquires Acrobits
BOULDER — Boulder’s Voyant Communications LLC, a cloud-based voice and text communications software platform, announced Monday it has acquired Acrobits, a Prague, Czech Republic-headquartered mobile communications applications developer.
“The Acrobits acquisition accelerates Voyant’s vision to enable smart and intuitive business communication services available anywhere on any device,” according to a Voyant news release.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, however Voyant plans to maintain Acrobits’ presence in Prague.
