Palmers buy Fort Collins shopping center properties

FORT COLLINS — A group of local developers and entrepreneurs has purchased properties within the Harmony Market Center in Fort Collins for $13.4 million.

Harmony Market Center LLC — a entity managed by Fort Collins floral entrepreneur Spiro Palmer along with sons Aki Palmer and Jim Palmer — bought the real estate at 1414, 1514, 1526 and 1538 E. Harmony Road from Harmony Marketplace 12 LLC. That company is affiliated with California-based shopping center management firm ACF Property Management.

Businesses that operate from those addresses include Premier Wine and Spirits, Little Caesar’s Pizza, China Wok, Elevations Credit Union, AMP Pilates and Fitness and Jason’s Deli. In all, the shopping center features more than 100,000 square feet of leasable space.
