Brewery, restaurant group among tenants coming to renovated FedEx building

BOULDER — The former FedEx distribution center — currently being renovated into office space — at 2205 Central Ave. in Boulder will soon be home to Burke Builders, Anthem Structural Engineering, 4 Noses Brewing Co., and Big Red F Management Co.

As first reported by the Daily Camera, the roughly 24,000-square-foot Flatiron Park office space is now fully leased.

The tenants are expected to move in by summer or early fall, according to a news release from Dean Callan & Co.

Dryden Dunsmore, Beau Gamble and Kevin Nelson of Dean Callan & Co. represented the landlord, 2205 Central LLC, in the leasing transaction. David Weissmann of Keys Commercial represented 4 Noses Brewing; and Becky Gamble, president of Dean Callan & Co., represented Big Red F.

Big Red F, which operates local restaurant concepts such as Jax Fish House and The Post Brewing Co.,will run a commercial kitchen from the 2205 Central Ave. space, according to the release.

4 Noses, which is headquartered in Broomfield, is opening a second brewery and taproom at the former FedEx property.
