11 women to be recognized as Women of Distinction

Eleven women in Northern Colorado will be recognized as Women of Distinction on Tuesday, April 2, at the Embassy Suites in Loveland. The breakfast event begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes by 9:30 a.m.

Women of Distinction honorees are divided into industry categories and represent businesses throughout the Northern Colorado Region. The program is produced annually by BizWest.
Honorees this year will be:

  • Banking and finance — Debbie Davis, vice president and Berthoud branch manager with Guaranty Bank, now Independent Bank.
  • Business and business services — Jennifer Guerriero, CEO of The Light Center in Fort Collins.
  • Education — Dr. Deirdre Pilch, superintendent of schools in the Greeley-Evans School District.
  • Exceptional volunteer — Amy Kolczak, senior associate general counsel at UCHealth, Timnath.
  • Government, energy, utilities — Linda Hoffman, Larimer County manager.
  • Health care — Dr. Diana Breyer, chief quality officer, northern region, for UCHealth, Fort Collins.
  • Leading lady — Yvonne Myers, health systems director at Columbine Health Systems based in Fort Collins.
  • Nonprofit, creative services — Judy Calhoun, CEO of the Larimer Humane Society, Fort Collins.
  • Nonprofit, human services — Cheryl Zimlich, executive director of the Bohemian Foundation, Fort Collins.
  • Real estate, construction, development — Cheri Witt-Brown, executive  director, Greeley-Weld County Habitat for Humanity.
  • Outstanding mentor — Jean Daviet, retired, Disciples of Liberty, Greeley.
