Summer season boosts Estes Park hotel occupancies
DENVER — The summer tourism season sent Estes Park’s hotel occupancy to 89.8 percent in July, the highest rate recorded last month in the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado. That’s according to the latest Rocky Mountain Lodging Report prepared by the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association.
The association reported occupancy rates during July of 89 percent in Loveland, 87.6 percent along the U.S. Highway 36 corridor, 85.9 percent in Boulder, 82 percent in Greeley, 81.3 percent in Fort Collins and 70.3 percent in Longmont.
