N.Y.-based investors buy Hyatt House in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — The Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield, a 123-room extended-stay hotel in Broomfield, has been acquired for $18.3 million by a group of investors in Melville, N.Y.

The investor group is headed by the father-son team of Lawrence and Adam Levine, who are principals of  The Levine Organization in Melville. The group used the entity T L O Broomfield Hotel LLC to acquire the property from its developer, Oxford Select Investors-Broomfield LLC. The Levine Organization develops, owns and manages hospitality and other commercial properties throughout the United States.
