DENVER — A 1960s-era dormitory building at the University of Denver is being demolished. BusinessDen reports that the university began demolition of the Cavalier Apartments in November.
It would have cost more than $4 million to renovate the 30-bed facility, BusinessDen reports, with demolition costing just $531,000. The site will become a parking lot.
