Oak at fourteenth co-owner leases space for rooftop restaurant at Pearl West
BOULDER – Bryan Dayton, co-owner of Oak at fourteenth and a pair of Denver restaurants, has leased the top-floor restaurant space at Pearl West, the redevelopment of the former Daily Camera building in downtown Boulder.
Details such as the name of his planned restaurant and the style of cuisine to be featured won’t be announced for a few more weeks as Dayton continues to fine-tune things. But he said he’s hoping to open the 3,200-square-foot restaurant by next summer.
